Oscar Schindler’s Factory is a  former metal item factory, located in Kazimierz district in Krakow. It is a place where Jews and Poles had shelter from deportation to Nazi German concentration and extermination camp. The Factory was established by three Polish businessmen and was took-over by a German member of the NSDAP who was employing many Jews in his factory. He create a list of his employees – so called  Schindler’s List which protected the listed people from deportation. The story of this factory and Jews working there was inspiration to many artist. There was even created a film named Schindler’s List directed in 1993 by Steven Spielberg. 
Nowadays there are a two museums in Building a former factory: a Museum Of Contemporary Art and Historical Museum Of The City Of Krakow.Visitors Can see many interesting expositions inhere like the basement where Jews were hidden or wall covert by photos of survivors. Very interesting is reconstruction of an apartment in the ghetto, or exposition of burned books. Worth seeing is also the special installation of Schindler’s list.
