How can I get my things back, which I have left it in the vehicle?
Contact us giving the details of your missing items and your tour. We will send them to you. In some cases a charge may be required.
Does the driver pick me up from the door of my accommodation?
Yes, our company offers door-to-door services and we pick you up from the address compatible with your reservation.
If i want to cancel a service will I receive a full refund/be charged?
No You will not be charged, but you have to cancel at least 24h before the date of your service. In other cases you will not be charged for the transport, but we will charge You for the guided service as we have to pay a penalty to the museum. Unless we are able to cancel It, You will not be charged at all.
You can not cancel the booking within less than 3h before pick up time. In this case, You will be charged for the guide service and 50% of transportation costs.
Can You ensure us a child seat? Do I have to pay extra?
If you ask during Your booking, we will provide You with a child seat with no extra charges.
I would like to change the date of my Tour – if it is possible?
Yes, It is possible, but you must do this at least 24 hours before the date of your originally booked tour.
